- Our Office is equipped with a computerized tomography
(CT) program called " SIMPLANT ". This program analyzes the three
dimensional images of a CT scan for implant patients. The analysis
allows Dr. Afar to measure bone density, height, and width and select
the most suitable implant for each case.
- The following locations are recommended by Dr. Afar
for presurgical CT Scan needed for dental implants. The result will be
read by UCLA Radiology Department, Dr. Kircos, a Board Certified
Maxillofacial Radiologist. You will be billed separately for these
charges.
- Please make appropriate financial and appointment
arrangements with these facilities. Our staff will assist you to secure
an appointment with any of these facilities.
